Mr. Gibson goes on to state that "Blue Coal sponsored "The Shadow" over a
number of stations on the East Coast each year, including the station of
origin, WOR.  A number of other sponsors handled the broadcasts in other
regions, including Sears, Roebuck; Koppers Coke; and Red Valley Coal Company
(in Canada)."

Orson Wells also starrred in the 1939 Summer Season which were repeats of
the 1938 Summer Season - 15 Broadcasts.
